How can I place an order? You can place an order by clicking on a product and following the instructions in the shopping cart.

What are the shipping costs? For orders over 65 euros, shipping is free!

How can I make a payment? You can find the available payment methods on the payment options page.

Will I be informed about my order? Yes, you will be informed about your order through email. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email, and you will also be notified when your order is shipped.

When can I expect my order? If your order is in stock, you can expect it within 4 to 8 business days after we receive your payment. This timeframe applies once we have received your payment. If your order is not in stock, you can expect the indicated delivery time. You will receive an email once the order has been shipped. Handmade clocks may take a bit longer.

What is the delivery time when ordering multiple units of the same product? If we do not have the desired quantity in stock, we will contact you.

Explanation of Clocks:

Handmade A wall clock that is truly handcrafted in Maastricht. The modern design clocks are developed and artisanally produced in the production workshop in Maastricht. Our Italian clocks are manufactured in Italy. This makes each clock unique and a valuable investment that will bring you enjoyment for many decades.

Quartz Clock A quartz clock is a clock with a battery-operated movement.

Mechanical Clock A mechanical clock is a clock with a mechanical movement, available in various versions. Depending on the model, the movement must be wound once a day, once every 8 days, or once every 14 days, or the weights must be raised.

Radio Controlled Clock This is a clock with a quartz movement powered by a battery. It also has the additional feature of automatically setting the correct time based on a signal from the atomic clock in Frankfurt. Radio controlled clocks adjust themselves automatically for daylight saving time changes.
